Jagan's remand Extended till 25th june



The Judicial  remand for Kadapa MP YS.Jagan Mohan Reddy has been extended till 25th june. Jagan’s judicial remand was ended yesterday and was appeared before Nampally  CBI  court today . CBI court has extended his remand. CBI has filed a plea to grant permission to prosecute Jagan using Narco analysis test.  Meanwhile Jagan’s complained the court for bringing him from Chancalguda to court in a van.
39-year-old Reddy was arrested on May 27 by the central agency after his three-day questioning at the Dilkusha guest house over alleged investments to the tune of several crores from various individuals and companies into his businesses, for the favours granted by the then Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy regime during 2004-09.
In its three charge sheets filed against Jagan and others, the CBI alleged that he and his father had hatched a conspiracy to defraud the government with Mr. Reddy influencing his late father in doling out certain favours to various investors, who made investments of several crores into Mr. Reddy’s businesses.
